Christy LLC d/b/a Valbella for
labor law violations. But the
trial will be
delayed.
On November 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The trial
has been scheduled for
February 28.
But deadlines
have slipped, and the holiday
are coming. Judge Woods pushed
the trial date back to March
28.
