Carlos Nieves sued Old
Republic Insurance Company for
refusing to pay on an
insurance policy for a crash
on June 23, 2020 on the Bronx
River Parkway.
On June 1,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a conference. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Failla said that all fact
discovery should be completed
by September 29, and expert
discovery by November 14.
A trial would
take four days; a pre-trial
conference is set for October
5 at 3 pm.
The case is
