SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Travelers
Property Casualty Company of
America sued Harleysville
Worcester Insurance Company
over who should cover the
injuries of an underlying
plaintiff, Robert Woodward,
injured in a trip and fall at
30 Rockefeller Plaza.
On June 7, 2022
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a proceeding Inner City
Press covered it.
The complaint
says Woodward "was forced to
crouch down and walk under a
scaffold and while doing so
bumped his head" and
fell.
Judge Failla said
that fact discovery is to end
October 5 with a pre-trial
conference set for October 13
at 3 pm.
