SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 24 – Malik DeJesus is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .357 caliber revolver
pistol.
On August 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a change
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Liman asked
DeJesus about his education:
Onondaga Community College in
Syracuse. Then Judge Liman
asked, where did you grow up?
The Bronx.
Sentencing
is set for December 1 at 11
am, apparently in person.
The case is US v.
DeJesus, 20-cr-464 (Liman).
