SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 2 – Thomas Pilgrim sued
Capital One for violations of
the Fair Credit Reporting
Act.
On May 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Pilgrim says someone used his
information to open an account
at Capital One, and the harm
to his credit history
continues.
Now amended
pleadings are due by May 12,
with a final pre-trial
conference set for September
28.
The case is
Pilgrim v. Experian
Information Solutions, Inc. et
al., 22-cv-1911 (Rakoff)
