U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge Ramos
inquired then granted
defendant leave to file a
motion to dismiss by August 9,
with opposition due September
9 and reply due September 23.
