to quiet title in 22 East 67th
Street in Manhattan.

U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katherine Polk Failla
held a proceeding. Inner City

She ordered that fact
discovery must be completed by
September 9, with a conference
set for September 23 at 3:30
pm.
