SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 19 – Domingo Pascual,
legally blind, has sued Edie
Parker LLC for having an
inaccessible
website.
On
September 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Plaintiff's
lawyer said that, while he
thinks the complaint is
sufficient, he will avail
himself of right to amend, to
avoid the requested motion to
dismiss. This is another ADA
website case in the SDNY.
