SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 25 – Deloitte, which is
running DOJ's January 6
evidence database, is settling
claims about allowing access
to personally identifiable
information in connection with
its contracts with states
including Ohio, Illinois and
Colorado for the federal
Pandemic Unemployment
Assistance
program.
On August 25 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The case is
moving toward a Fairness
Heaing on January 31, 2022 at

But Judge Liman
has questions about Paragraph
12 of the proposed order,
which would have his Court
order "Deloitte Consulting,
working with the State
Agencies, to provide the
Settlement Administrator" with
PII.
The case is
Culbertson et al v. Deloitte
Consulting LLP, 20-cv-3962
