SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 23 – Robin Holmes sued
Experian Information
Solutions, Inc. and the
Municipal Credit Union for
violations of the Fair Credit
Reporting Act.
On July 21,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
plaintiff says a debt to MCU
had been discharged in
bankruptcy but continued to be
listed, which "negatively
reflects upon
Plaintiff."
Judge Ramos ruled
that non-expert depositions
could be completed by November
30, with a next conference set
for February 3, 2023 at 10 am.
The case is
Holmes v. Experian Information
Solutions, Inc., et al.,
21-cv-9313 (Ramos)
