SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 15 – While
many or even
most cases in
the
Magistrates
Court of the U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York are
sealed or have
case numbers
given only
later, on October 15
Magistrate
Judge Stewart
D. Aaron faced
a defendant
Dejon Jackson
on a 2011 case
the most
recent filing
in which is a
2016
handwritten
letter
stating:
"I'm
writing this
letter on
behalf of
myself Dejon
Jackson as of
right now I'm
locked up in
state prison
in New York
but I will be
released to
the Marshals
for a
violation but
I want to know
what's the
guildline to
my violation,
what point
level am I and
what's the
range that I
can do on my
violation...
my sentencing
judge was
Deborah A.
Batts Room
2510 for a
little more
info on me.
Have a
wonderful day
and great
day."
On
October 15,
Dejon Jackson
was detained
on consent,
though with
the statement
that a hearing
faster than 14
days will be
sought before
Judge Batts.
The case is US
v Jackson,
11-cr-265....
Meanwhile
the U.S.
Attorney's
office is
offering a 5K1
cooperator's
leniency
letter to a
man, Alex
Ardon, who
admits
murdering 56
people and is
seeking a 20
year sentence
for an emo
rapper Michael
Jones for the
unlucky death
by heroin and
other drugs of
the daughter
of a hedge
funder. It's
come to this.
Inner
City Press
will stay on
these cases.
