SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 19 – Ezra Gampel sued
Touro College for what its
investigation of what he calls
"false allegations of sexual
misconduct."
On September 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Gampel
notes that the alleged conduct
took place fifteen years
before the Title IX complaint.
Judge Koeltl set
up a schedule: Touro will file
its motion to dismiss by
October 15, and a reply on
November 30.
