SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 25 – Denny Gonzalez sued
Hanover Ventures Marketplace
LLC d/b/a Le District for not
paying
overtime.
On July 21,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The defense
lawyer said the business
already has no human resources
department, and might soon
close altogether.
Still, Judge
Ramos resolved the discovery
dispute and the case
continues.
