SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 25 – Angeline Swinton has
sued the Federal Bureau of
Investigations. It is not
about an investigation, or
surveillance - it is about a
car crash.
On July 22,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
accident took place on
December 23, 2020 on East
180th Street and Morris Park
Avenue in The Bronx.
Judge
Ramos said depositions are due
by January 23, 2023; he noted
the case is NOT to be tried to
a jury. There is a next
conference set for January 25.
The case is
Swinton et al v. Federal
Bureau of Investigations,
21-cv-10827 (Ramos)
