SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 4 -- Kelly Toys Holdings,
LLC sued Top Department Store
and a slew of d/b/a's for
copyright infringement.
On October
4, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul A.
Engelmayer held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Engelmayer
expressed alarm at the
contents of the He Affidavit
and asked for a joint letter
about it by November 29. Judge
Engelmayer said it might
constitute a fraud on the
court.
The affidavit was
signed on May 25, 2022 in
Shenzhen City, China. Judge
Engelmayer asked if He comes
to the U.S.. Apparently he
does not.
The case is
Kelly Toys Holdings, LLC v.
Top Department Store,
22-cv-558 (Engelmayer)
