Nov 21 –
Qantas
Airways was
sued for
damage to 17
mounted LED
display units
en route to
Sidney,
Australia.
On
November 18,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Paul A.
Engelmayer
held a
proceeding.
Inner City
Press covered
it.
Judge
Engelmayer
inquired into
the Montreal
Protocol; it
was agreed the
case might not
be that
complicated,
but for the
way the LED
displays were
packed.
Judge
Engelmayer
referred it to
the Magistrate
Judge, and set
a next
conference for
June 1, 2023,
to his credit
presumptively
telephonic.
