SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 31 – Another FOIA
case has been filed against
the National Institutes of
Health, for all "documentation
or communications in Dr.
Fauci's possession regarding
the 2015 paper" (entitled "A
SARS-like cluster").
On August 31 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman was assigned to
the case. Inner City Press is
covering it.
The complaint
quotes Senator Rand Paul's May
11, 2021 questions to Dr. Anthony
S. Fauci, and his answer that
"the NIH has not ever and does
not now fund gain-of-function
research in the Wuhan
Institute of Virology."
In another
NIH case in SDNY, Judge
Gregory H. Woods ordered the
production of 300 pages per
month, with a status letter
due on December 1.
And when will the
public see the story - or the
documents?
This case is
Informed Consent Action
Network v. National Institutes
of Health, 21-cv-7288 (Liman)
