SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 5 – Charles R. Acklin
bought an interest in The
Manhattan Club timeshare. It
did not work out and he
sued.
On
December 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Acklin has
sued under RICO; now the
defendants want to move to
dismiss his amendment
complaint. Their motion is due
by December 28. Discovery is
stayed in the case.
