SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 9 – Sam Macklin sued
Stop & Shop for a slip and
fall at its store at 961 East
174th Street in The Bronx.
On August
5, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
It had
been determined that the
defendant's request for
records related to the
plaintiff's December 11, 2016
ambulance ride was moot.
Now Judge Failla
referred the case for
settlement to Magistrate Judge
Ona T. Wang.
It is Macklin v.
