SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 20 – Farah Jean Francois
sued Victory Mitsubishi of The
Bronx for violating the Fair
Credit Reporting Act,
defamation, negligence and
"invasion of privacy / false
light."
On July
19, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Rakoff inquired then specified
that any motion to dismiss is
due by August 9, with oral
argument on it September 15 at
4:30 pm.
