August 1– Cai Guo sued Centene
Corporation for not paying
overtime.
On July 27,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Parts of
the submitted case management
plan had not been filed out,
or left TBA. Judge Ramos
inquired, and they were filled
in.
Discovery
is to be completed by
September 30, with a next
conference on October 4 at 11
am.
