to return
inventory.
On December 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Defendants' deposition for
Yoni Mizhari did not go well.
On the December 3
conference stonewalling was
described. Judge Woods said
that defendants can file their
motion for sanctions by
December 21.
