August 2 – Fireman's Fund
Insurance Company sued New
York Marine & General
Insurance Company to indemnify
it for a water intrusion
incident in 433 East 51st
Street back in July
2012.
On July 27,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Ramos
inquired, and ordered that
non-expert depositions should
be completed by November 23,
with a next conference on
January 27, 2023 at 10:30 am.
