SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June10 –
Accountant John Stanise is
embroiled in a bitter legal
fight with Victor Loria.
On June 10,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Vernon S. Broderick held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Broderick told both sides'
lawyers to cool off, and not
totally identify with their
clients.
Already moves for
legal costs and fees are
pending, after a motion for
default filed at 1 am.
Judge Broderick
tirelessly listening to the
arguments. The case is Stanise
v. Loria, 20-cv-2769
(Broderick).
