SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 9 – Xhejni Shkreta sued
Colonnade Management
Corporation in an employment
dispute.
On March
9, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Fox zeroed
in on the parties' proposed
protective order, specifically
asking they why included in it
a citation to a Third (and not
Second) Circuit case, Pansy v.
Borough of Stroudsburg, 23
F.3d 772 (2d Cir. 1994). There
was no good answer.
The case is
Shkreta v. Colonnade
Management Corporation et al.,
