SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 7 – The RealReal Inc
purports to sell "authentic,
secondhand luxury products."
Chanel has sued them.
On January 6, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Chief
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
The
RealReal, referred to in the
papers at TRR, is pointing to
documents unsealed in another
case before SDNY Judge
Stanton.
But Chanel says
"the unsealed documents do not
touch upon the allegations of
anti-competitive conduct that
TRR makes as to retailers
Neiman Marcus and Saks or
publishers New York Magazine,
Vogue, WWD and the NYT."
The case is
Chanel, Inc. v. The RealReal,
Inc., 18-cv-10626 (Gorenstein)
