SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 19 – Antonio Reyes is out
on bond, charged with
narcotics conspiracy. On May
19 he appeared on an alleged
violation of the terms of his
pre-trial release before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods. Inner
City Press covered it.
Reyes' lawyer said that the
May 10 violations were the
product of Reyes trying to
help his son fix his car - as
it turns out, to deliver
Domino's
Pizza.
The son said
under oath that "I am employed
at a driver / delivery person
for Domino's pizza. On May 10
I drove my car to my sister's
house for parked on the front
lawn. I was working on the
suspension system of the car
and my father was helping
me... I understand that my
father should not have come
outside help me repair my
car."
Judge Woods
did not remand the defendant.
The case is
US v. Reyes, 20-cr-127
(Woods).
