SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 6 –
What Do You Meme, LLC sued
Intelligent Change, LLC for
alleged use of its copyrighted
work in a card game.
On August
2, 2022 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S.
Rakoff held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered it.
Judge
Rakoff said depositions are
due by November 22, with a
pre-trial conference on
January 3, 2023.
The plaintiff
wants a jury trial; Judge
Rakoff said that's fine for
now.
