Rodriguez sued Care Design New
York, which provided services
to the developmentally
disabled, for
discrimination.
On December 20, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge Woods
patiently walked Rodriguez
through who to amend his
complaint, and noted that this
case would require discovery
Rodriguez
is a 65 year old Hispanic man
who was fired on June 13,
2019.
The case
