SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 19 – Pablo Palos Garcia is
charged with distribution of
meth in a truck. Now his
lawyer wants to join the
prosecutors.
On October 19 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a Curcio
hearing. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl asked the defendant his
age and level of education. 41
years old, sixth grade
education, was the answer.
What about his
assigned lawyer applying to
work for the prosecutors?
Defendant waived the conflict.
The case is
US v. Palos Garcia, 21-cr-340
(Koeltl)
