Oct 26 – Diamond
Chavannes sued the Bronx
Parent Housing Network and
others for discrimination. She
says she was called the N-word
while working
there.
On October 26 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl said the plaintiff may
file an amended complaint by
November 22, 2021. He allowed
in advance a motion to
dismiss.
If none is filed,
a Rule 26(f) reprot is due by
February 4, 2022.
