SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 13 – Prestige Stone &
Pavers Corp. sued Granicor
Inc. for damaged caused by its
failure to provide cut stone
panels on time.
On September 9,
2022, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Jed S. Rakoff held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Rakoff told
the parties he only permits
interrogatories that comply
with Local Rule 33.3a.
One side said it
would have no expert; the
other distinguished between
external and internal expert.
Judge Rakoff said
Daubert makes no distinction.
Motions are due by February 3,
2023, with a final pre-trial
conference set for March 3,
2023.
