By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Maxwell book
BBC - Honduras - CIA Trial book - NY Mag

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Sept 17 – Stephen and Susan Ponsler sued Oakwood Madison for mold in the building at 24 East 38th Street in Manhattan, during their stay from September 2017 to April 2017.

In September 2022, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Edgardo Ramos held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The complaint said that Stephen Ponsler in December 2017 developed sneezing, coughing rashes and dizzy spells.

Judge Ramos said that all non-expert deposition must be completed by December 28, 2022, with another case management conference on October 13 at 3:30 pm.

The case is Ponsler et al v. Oakwood Madison et al., 21-cv-2125 (Ramos)
