SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 1 – Lester Firstenberger
and Sathya Rajavelu sold their
stake in cannabis company Regs
Techology f/k/a CannaRegs to
Panther Opportunity Fund and
Phyto II, LP. Then they
sued.
On November 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl pushed back when he was
cut off while speaking.
He asked, Why did
you think this was
appropriate?
Disputes about
discovery and meet and confers
ensued. Judge Koeltl said the
plaintiffs should respond to
interrogatories; he said
future discovery disputes may
be referred to Magistrate
Judge Sarah Netburn.
The case is
Firstenberger v. Casters
Holdings, Inc., et al.,
20-cv-7169 (Koeltl)
