Cancel Culture," LB Sports
Media Group Incorporated sued
Northstar Source Group, LLC,
which operates thesource dot
com website.
On
September 14, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties had
filed a proposed case
management plan, for a jury
trial, with expert
depositions to be completed by
March 30, 2023. Judge Ramos
signed it, and set a next
conference for April 5, 2023.
