SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 3 – Levar T.
Henry sued NYPD and City for
abuse, including sexual
abuse.
On November 3 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a final
pre-trial conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
On motions
on limine, Judge Koeltl ruled
for example that plaintiff
cannot refer to his Paul Weiss
lawyers as pro bono, as it
might impact the jury's
thinking about the merits of
his case.
He described jury
selection and trial practice
in the time of COVID.
The case is
Henry v. The City of New York
et al., 17-cv-3450 (Koeltl)
