SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 6 – Rosanna Antolino
Gambino sued Wal-Mart for a
fall on ice and snow in the
parking lot of a Superstore in
Malone, New
York.
On October 6 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman said
the proposed case management
plan looked OK but questions
why they had checked all three
forms of ADR.
And it's true:
still in the docket are x's
for Magistrate, SDNY Mediation
Program and "retention of a
private mediator."
The case is
Gambino et al v. Walmart, Inc.
et al., 21-cv-5404
(Liman)
