SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 6 – Danielle Joyce has
sued for sexual misconduct and
harassment directs as her as
Remark Holdings manager of
social
media.
On December 4 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a discovery
conference. Inner City Press

Joyce has
requested, for example, "all
documents concerning any
investigation by Bikini,
Remark, and/or Defendants'
agents into Aida Ahmed's
allegation that Shannon
Fooansbee had sex with someone
while sharing a hotel room
with Aida Ahmed."
Judge Aaron
denied requests for document
itemized in Defendants'
privilege log as subject to
attorney work product
protection, and denied access
to Slack messages as moot.
