SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 25 – David Palma was
arrested on 178th Street in
Washington Heights and charged
with possessing 92 kilograms
of cocaine after traveling to
Miami.
On June 25 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge P. Kevin Castel held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Palma was
released on November 27, 2019
by SDNY Magistrate Judge
Robert W. Lehrburger on
$100,000 bond. He pleaded not
guilty on February 7, 2020.
Amid COVID-19 his
April 13 conference was
postponed at June 25.
Ultimately the case was put
off into October, to allow for
review of discovery.
The case is US v.
Palma, 20-cr-71 (Castel).
