SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 22 – Luis Medina is
charged with one kilo of
heroin. On June 22 he appeared
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New

Inner City Press covered
it.
Medina's
Federal Defender said that the
next step may be a change of
plea.
A date was
set in July. But if he does
not plead guilty, Judge Cote
said, there will be a trial to
start October 5, extendable
only by Coronavirus.
The case is US v.
