SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 18 – KMS Tech sued G
Mission for copyright
violation. But it is bogged
down in discovery
disputes.
On January 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Debra C.
Freeman held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Freeman asked if the
proceeding ought to be
postponed to allow the sides
to talk about the discovery
issues. But a deposition was
to be held.
So the discussion
continued, including the
allegation that documents that
should have been produced,
weren't.
The case is KMS
Tech, Inc. v. G Mission Inc.
et al., 20-cv-1041 (Daniels /
Freeman)
