SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 17 – Volkswagen of
America sued GPB Capital
Holdings and now there are a
number of discovery
disputes.
On
November 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
At issue were
some 1900 pages subpoenaed
from Jeffrey Lash but not
produced. Judge Netburn asked
a number of questions and then
the line went dead.
When she returned
she joked that she had again
put erudite analysis into a
muted phone.
Ultimately
she denied access to financial
agreements that are covered by
confidentiality.
Even the
Complaint was initially sealed
in this case.
It is
Volkswagen of America, Inc. v.
GPB Capital Holdings, LLC,
20-cv-1043 (Torres / Netburn)
