SDNY COURTHOUSE,

Prospect Avenue in The Bronx
on January 22, 2020.

Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Kimba M. Wood held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Young's
Federal Defender said she
wants to file a motion to
suppress statements Young
made.
Judge Wood said
she looks forward to seeing
the motion, and set for the
trial the date of April 26,
which may or may not be
realistic. Young is not in
custody - he is out on bond.
