SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 26 – Julia Zabolotsky
applied for an apartment but
was denied, and was told it
was because she was delinquent
in paying her Macy's credit
card bill. She disputed it,
and sued Equifax, Transunion
and Experian.
On May 26, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Gregory H. Woods held a
conference in the case; Inner
City Press covered
it.
Because
Zabolotsky has sued for
emotional distress, the
defendants are demanding her
medical including mental
health records. Zabolotsky had
some issues with serving
Macy's; her email address is
"Lawsuit28 [at] gmail.com."
The case is Zabolotsky v.
Equifax et al., 19-cv-11832
(Woods).
