SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 15 – Emanuel Delacruz sued
Trinity International
Industries LLC for having an
inaccessible website.
On November 15, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
parties has indicated they are
settling, but they don't want
to say on what basis. Judge
Koeltl to his credit asked
about the general release, of
claims beyond the ADA, and the
side agreement.
Counsel
said client had to be
conferred with. What's so
