SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 9 – Antonio Reyes
was charged with narcotics
conspiracy.
On January 7, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
change of plea proceeding.

Reyes
allocuted to using a
communications device to sell
marijuana. The ASUA added, 125
grams or more of heroin, too.
Reyes said it was true.
Sentencing is April 13.
