SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 17 –
Levar Henry sued the City of
New York, NYPD and individuals
after he was ambushed after
parking his SUV on 154th
Street in
Harlem.
On November 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl told the parties the
case is in third place for
trial on December 7. He said,
then, that good faith lists of
witnesses and their order
should be provided before.
He pointed out
the differences between
excessive force and assault
and said that redaction
requests, he would refer to
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron.
The case is Henry
v. The City of New York et
al., 17-cv-3450 (Koeltl /
Aaron)
