Capital L.P. sued Jeffrey
Bruce for soliciting its
clients, it says, and taking
them.
On October
21, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
plaintiff demands jury trial.
Judge Rakoff ruled that
depositions are due by
December 14, with a final
pre-trial conference set for
March 9, 2023 at 4 pm.
