Barbera is charged with
securities fraud and wire
fraud including using money
raised from investors to pay
his mortgage on Central Park
West and his child's private
school
tuition.
On December 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The trial
had been set for January 31.
Judge Koeltl moved it slightly
further back to February 2,
citing the COVID protocols for
jury selection.
Post arrest
statements are being admitted
into evidence.
