SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 13 – Roy Taylor sued
NYPD officers for abuse. He
said they have a video, and
wanted sanctions for their
video's
non-production.
On January 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
After
hearing from the government's
lawyers, Judge Woods denied
the motion for sanctions,
saying he found no evidence
that the video existed.
The case is
Taylor v. Trigeno et al.,
16-cv-1143 (Woods)
